目的探讨一对一责任制陪伴分娩联合无创接生法对孕产妇妊娠结局的影响。方法选取在我院拟行阴道分娩的单胎足月产妇194例,按随机数表法分为两组,各97例。对照组采用常规服务模式,观察组实施一对一责任制陪伴分娩联合无创接生法,比较两组分娩方式、自然分娩产妇会阴情况、自然分娩产后出血及新生儿窒息情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组自然分娩率提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自然分娩产妇会阴水肿、会阴切开及会阴Ⅱ度裂伤发生率较对照组降低,产后出血量减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组新生儿窒息发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论给予产妇一对一责任制陪伴分娩联合无创接生法可提高自然分娩率,减少会阴损伤及产后出血率,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the impact of one-to-one responsibility and companion childbirth combined with noninvasive delivery on maternal pregnancy outcomes. Methods 194 cases of singleton full-term maternal mothers who were scheduled for vaginal delivery in our hospital were divided into two groups (n = 97) according to random number table. In the control group, the routine service mode was adopted. In the observation group, the one-to-one responsibility combined with non-invasive delivery accompanied by childbirth was adopted. The mode of delivery, the perineum of spontaneous childbirth, the postpartum hemorrhage of natural childbirth and the asphyxia of neonates were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the rate of natural childbirth in the observation group increased significantly (P <0.05). The spontaneous perineal edema, perineal incision and perineal second degree laceration in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. Postpartum hemorrhage The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of neonatal asphyxia between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions The one-to-one maternity contract delivery combined with noninvasive delivery method can improve the rate of natural childbirth, reduce the incidence of perineal injury and postpartum hemorrhage, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
