目的提高呼吸机管道消毒质量,延长存放时间。方法临床使用后的呼吸机管道用自动清洗机清洗、热力消毒,在采取干预措施前后分别于第1、3、5、7、10、14 d采样进行细菌学监测。采取的干预措施主要是清洗消毒后到病人使用前的包装环境、操作人员、包装材料、存放环境等环节的质量控制。结果采取干预措施前,第5 d即开始有细菌生长,采取干预措施后,第7 d仍无细菌生长,于第10 d开始有细菌生长。结论通过加强消毒环节的质量控制,可有效提高呼吸机管道的消毒效果,延长存放时间。
Objective To improve the quality of ventilator pipeline disinfection, extend storage time. Methods The ventilator ducts after clinical use were cleaned by autoclaves and sterilized by heat. The bacteria were monitored on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 10th and 14th days respectively before and after the interventions were taken. Interventions taken are mainly the quality control of the packaging environment, operators, packaging materials, storage environment and other aspects after cleaning and disinfection to the patient before use. Results Before intervention, bacteria began to grow on day 5 and no bacteria grew on the 7th day after the intervention. Bacterial growth began on the 10th day. Conclusion By strengthening the quality control of disinfection, it can effectively improve the disinfection effect of ventilator pipeline and prolong the storage time.
