旅游管理本科毕业生“有业不就”、“非本行业就业”、“学非所用”一直是困扰旅游教育界和旅游实务界的一大难题。本文采用问卷调查研究方法,研究发现:当前旅游管理本科人才培养在待遇期望、培养目标、能力素质等方面与市场需求存在错位现象,造成错位的原因主要有社会就业观念重名利轻事业,旅游用人单位重情商轻智商,学校对学生的培养重智商轻情商,学生方面理想与现实落差大,培养方案的执行重理论轻能力,提出加强市场需求调查与培养方案的完善,三大能力(素养)与课程架构,教学方式改革与学生职业规划,三大保障体系建设与监管执行等“无缝连接”培养模式。
