目的分析军队某三甲医院建设住院医师规范化培训(简称规培)的实践,探讨下一步工作模式。方法对医院既往建设规培工作进行梳理,参考文献分析并总结。结果军队某三甲医院自2010年开展规培工作以来,不断探索军民融合新模式,完善三级管理体系,紧抓政策学习,强化师资队伍,优化培养方案,培育学术氛围,落实福利待遇,将规培工作作为医院教育培训工作的重点内容,并对规培工作的建设提出了相应的思考。结论在目前工作基础上,该院拟严格按照国家基地要求,进一步规范师资培训及学员管理,提高学员培养质量。
Objective To analyze the practice of standardization training for residency in some top three hospitals in the army and discuss the next working mode. Methods The past construction of the hospital training to sort out the work, the reference analysis and summary. Results Since the first-class military hospital started to carry out standardized training in 2010, the military has continuously explored a new model of military and civilian integration, improved the three-level management system, adhered to policy study, strengthened faculty, optimized training programs, fostered academic atmosphere and implemented welfare treatment. Training as a hospital education and training of the key content, and the construction of the regulation training put forward the corresponding thinking. Conclusion Based on the current work, the hospital intends to further standardize teacher training and student management in accordance with the requirements of the national base in an effort to improve the quality of trainee training.
