目的 :为评价抗青光眼滤过手术联合应用丝裂霉素治疗虹膜角膜内皮 (ICE)综合征继发性青光眼的疗效。方法 :对已确诊为 ICE综合征 ,用局部降眼压药眼压控制不良的 11例继发青光眼病人实施小梁切除手术 ,术中使用丝裂霉素 ,然后对其术后情况进行追踪观察。结果 :经 6 - 5 0个月的随访观察 ,6例 (6只眼 ,5 4.5 % )眼压控制在 2 1mm Hg以下 ,其中 2例须使用局部降眼压药。结论 :小梁切除术联合丝裂霉素能一定程度地提高 ICE综合征继发性青光眼手术成功率 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of anti-glaucoma filtration surgery in combination with mitomycin for the treatment of secondary glaucoma in iris and corneal endothelial cells (ICE) syndrome. Methods: 11 cases of secondary glaucoma who had been diagnosed with ICE syndrome and undergone intraocular hypotension with local IOP were treated by trabeculectomy. Mitomycin was used intraoperatively, and the postoperative follow-up was observed . Results: After 6 - 500 months of follow - up, the intraocular pressure was controlled below 6 1 mm Hg in 6 patients (6 eyes, 4.55%), of which 2 patients had to use local IOP lowering agents. Conclusion: Trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin can improve the success rate of secondary glaucoma surgery in ICE syndrome to some extent
