针对在自动检测设备中上下位机通讯可靠性的问题,研究了Modbus协议的基本原理及其主要功能码组成,完成了支持Modbus通讯的硬件电路和软件流程图设计。采用了基于时基的判断方法,有效地处理了数据传输串是否结束判断的问题。由于下位机检测设备采用了符合工业标准Modbus协议,因此对市场上现有的组态软件、触摸屏、智能仪表等产品的兼容性非常好,同时保证了数据传输的可靠性。
Aiming at the problem of the reliability of upper and lower computer in the automatic detection equipment, the basic principle of Modbus protocol and its main function code are studied. The hardware circuit and software flow chart of Modbus communication are completed. The method based on time base is adopted to effectively deal with the problem of whether the data transmission string finishes the judgment. As the lower computer testing equipment used in line with industry-standard Modbus protocol, so the existing configuration software on the market, touch screen, smart meters and other products is very good compatibility, while ensuring the reliability of data transmission.
