加强人大代表联络工作,是检察机关自觉接受人大监督的具体体现,也是“权为民所系、利为民所谋”的必然要求。检察机关如何多渠道、全方位地加强与改进人大代表联络工作,保障人大代表更好地行使宪法和法律赋予的职权,促进检察工作的健康有序发展,是本文研讨的重点。
Strengthening the liaison work of NPC deputies is a concrete manifestation of procuratorial organs consciously accepting oversight of the people’s congress and a necessary requirement of “exercising power for the people and seeking benefits for the people”. How the procuratorial organs strengthen and improve the liaison work of NPC deputies in various ways and in all respects so as to ensure that deputies to the National People’s Congress can exercise their powers conferred by the Constitution and laws better and promote the healthy and orderly development of procuratorial work are the focuses of this paper.
