目的应用台盼蓝排斥实验比较体外4种粘结材料对人牙周膜成纤维细胞(HPDLC)及NIH-3T3细胞株的细胞毒性。方法将2种细胞与4种材料(普通型玻璃离子、加强型玻璃离子、SuperBond C&B及SE BOND)浸提液共培养,计算细胞成活率。结果 2种细胞的存活率差异无统计学意义。结论 4种粘结材料均无细胞毒性,满足口腔材料临床应用的生物相容性要求。
Objective To investigate the cytotoxicity of four kinds of binding materials in vitro on human periodontal ligament fibroblasts (HPDLC) and NIH-3T3 cells by trypan blue exclusion test. Methods Two kinds of cells were co-cultured with the extracts of four kinds of materials (common type glass ion, reinforced glass ion, SuperBond C & B and SE BOND) to calculate the cell survival rate. Results There was no significant difference in the survival rates of the two kinds of cells. Conclusion All four kinds of adhesive materials have no cytotoxicity and meet the biocompatibility requirements of clinical application of oral materials.
