目的建立微波消解技术进行样品前处理,结合石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,测定可能加入明胶的食品中的铬含量。方法采用微波消解技术处理样品,选用磷酸铵作基体改进剂。结果微波消解前处理一石墨炉原子吸收法测定可能加入明胶的食品中铬含量,样品测定的平均回收率为95.57%~102.2%,RSD为2.36%。结论该法具有操作简便、快速、准确、灵敏、精密度高等优点,可用于可能加入明胶的食品中铬的测定。
Objective To establish a microwave digestion technique for sample preparation and determine the chromium content in foods that may be added to gelatin by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The sample was treated by microwave digestion, and ammonium phosphate was chosen as the matrix modifier. Results The microwave pretreatment of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the content of chromium in the food which may be added into gelatin. The average recovery was 95.57% -102.2% and the RSD was 2.36%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple, rapid, accurate, sensitive and high precision, which can be used for the determination of chromium in foods that may be added gelatin.
