本文介绍了通信系统中使用的一种L波段宽带连续波收发模块的研制过程,简述了该模块的组成及工作原理,并通过原理分析确定了收发通道性能指标。根据设计要求,模块内器件采用微波单片集成电路(MMIC)形式以减小电路尺寸。在研制过程中充分考虑模块可靠性指标,重点对模块大功率收发开关隔离度、噪声系数、模块电磁兼容性等指标进行设计分析。通过实物制作、测试,其性能完全满足指标要求。
This paper introduces the development of a L-band broadband continuous wave transceiver module used in the communication system, briefly describes the composition and working principle of the module, and determines the performance indicators of the transceiver channel through the principle analysis. According to the design requirements, the devices in the module adopt the form of microwave monolithic integrated circuit (MMIC) to reduce the circuit size. In the development process to fully consider the module reliability index, focusing on the module high-power transceiver isolation, noise figure, electromagnetic compatibility and other indicators of the module design and analysis. Through physical production, testing, its performance fully meet the index requirements.
