论述了中药制药工业在获取中药整体药效物质、改造传统工艺、降低能耗、保障产品安全、污水处理、技术创新等方面对膜科学技术的重大需求。分析了制约中药膜分离技术产业化进程的关键问题,并提出相应对策。当前高分子科学和分析技术的进展以及环境友好战略的实施使膜技术步入了快速发展的新阶段,从而为中药生产的提取、分离、浓缩、纯化一体化工程技术的解决提供了保证。同时膜分离技术在与中药体系特性接近的生物大分子的分离、浓缩和纯化上所得到的广泛应用,也从一个侧面说明膜技术如果用于中药生产,应当同样会获得较高的效益。
The significant demand of membrane science and technology in traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical industry was discussed in terms of obtaining the whole medicinal substance of traditional Chinese medicine, transforming traditional technology, reducing energy consumption, ensuring product safety, sewage treatment and technological innovation. The key problems restricting the industrialization of TCM membrane separation technology were analyzed and corresponding countermeasures were put forward. The current advances in macromolecular science and analytical techniques as well as the implementation of environment-friendly strategies have enabled membrane technology to enter a new phase of rapid development and provide a guarantee for the solution of integrated extraction, separation, concentration and purification of traditional Chinese medicine. At the same time, membrane separation technology has been widely used in the separation, concentration and purification of biological macromolecules close to the traditional Chinese medicine system. It also shows that if the membrane technology is used for the production of traditional Chinese medicine, the membrane technology should also obtain higher benefits.
