为研究自主神经系统活动在无器质性心脏病室性心律失常发生中的作用,分析22例住院患者(心律失常组)和26例正常人(对照组)的心率变异性,结果显示心律失常组的时域指标平均NN间期、SDNN、lgNN_(50)、PNN_(50)均较对照组降低(832.33±92.41ms对905.86±121.98ms,P<0.05;125.96±37.02ms对163.28±25.2ms,3.73±0.51对4.13±0.23,9.65%±6.63%对16.82%±8.69%,P均<0.01)。提示迷走神经张力减低对进一步探讨无器质性心脏病室性心律失常的发生机制、指导临床治疗有一定价值。
To study the role of autonomic nervous system activity in the development of ventricular arrhythmias without organic heart disease, heart rate variability was analyzed in 22 hospitalized patients (arrhythmia group) and 26 healthy controls (control group). The results showed that the arrhythmia group The average NN interval, SDNN, lgNN_ (50) and PNN_ (50) in the time domain index were all lower than those in the control group (832.33 ± 92.41 ms vs. 905.86 ± 121.98 ms, P <0.05; 125.96 ± 37.02 ms vs 163.28 ± 25.2 ms, 3.73 ± 0.51 vs 4.13 ± 0.23, 9.65% ± 6.63% vs 16.82% ± 8.69% respectively, P <0.01). Tip vagal tone to reduce the further discussion of non-structural heart disease ventricular arrhythmias, guiding the clinical treatment of a certain value.
