乡村小镇上的家长由于地域的局限性以及文化底蕴的不同,在幼儿园开放日活动中造成的“干扰”现象也各种各样,作为教师,我们都希望家园共育做到完美,群体式的学习,让家长明确家园携手的正确做法;个别化的交流,赢得了他们的信任;老师、家长的换位思考,引起了大家的思想共鸣;教师、家长有效的沟通,奠定了共同教育孩子的基础。
