目的研究柠檬酸低钙透析对有出血倾向的透析患者抗凝血酶Ⅲ的影响。方法 30例血透患者被分为两组:A组15例用低钙柠檬酸盐透析液,B组15例用普通碳酸盐透析液。均采用无肝素透析。测透析前后血浆抗凝血酶Ⅲ。结果透析后A组的抗凝血酶Ⅲ改善均显著高于B组(P<0.05)。结论柠檬酸低钙透析能够提高有出血倾向透析患者抗凝血酶Ⅲ的活性,增加透析的安全性。
Objective To study the effect of low calcium citrate dialysis on antithrombin Ⅲ in hemodialysis patients with hemorrhagic tendency. Methods Thirty patients with hemodialysis were divided into two groups: 15 patients in group A received low-calcium citrate dialysate and 15 patients in group B received ordinary carbonate dialysate. All without heparin dialysis. Measurement of plasma antithrombin Ⅲ before and after dialysis. Results After dialysis, the improvement of antithrombin Ⅲ in group A was significantly higher than that in group B (P <0.05). Conclusion Low calcium citrate dialysis can increase the activity of antithrombin Ⅲ in hemodialysis patients with hemodialysis tendency and increase the safety of dialysis.
