通过对春小麦穗下节间长度的研究,证明穗下第一节间长度约占株高的43%左右,下一节间长度约占上一节间长度的50~60%左右。F_1、F_2与亲本节问长度有明显的相关性。节间长度在F_2表现为偏态分布,各节间的遗传力值均较大。穗下节间长度和株高、穗长、总小穗数和抽穗期具有显著或极显著的相关性。为了更好地掌握节间长度的遗传规律,给小麦高产育种提供理论依据,作者结合育种实践,通过几年的观察和调查,对春小麦的节间长度的遗传规律进行了探讨,并作了初步分析。
The study of internode length under spring spike showed that the first internode length in spikelet accounted for about 43% of the plant height, and the next internode length accounted for about 50-60% of the last internode length. There was a clear correlation between F_1 and F_2 and their parents’ length. The length of internode showed a skewed distribution in F_2, and the heritability of each node was larger. The internode length and plant height, spike length, total spikelet number and heading date had significant or extremely significant correlation. In order to better understand the genetic law of internode length and provide a theoretical basis for high-yield wheat breeding, the author combined the practice of breeding, through several years of observation and investigation, discussed the genetic law of internode length of spring wheat and made preliminary analysis.
