采用手持式X荧光分析仪对空气颗粒物进行现场分析,得到各元素的质量浓度值,并对其中的异常值进行分析,探究天气的改变对测量结果的影响。利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)的标准样品测量结果对仪器进行标定,再对采样滤膜进行测量。结果表明:在晴朗天气情况下,Ti质量浓度范围为16~4 635 ng/m3,Mn为35~1 800 ng/m3,Ni为0~32 ng/m3,Cu为38~519 ng/m3,Zn为157~4 280ng/m3,As为14~511 ng/m3,Sr为4~50 ng/m3,Pb为60~613 ng/m3;在雾霾天气情况下,Ti质量浓度最高值为8 458 ng/m3,Mn、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Sr和Pb分别为4 021 ng/m3、100 ng/m3、688 ng/m3、4 903 ng/m3、1 019ng/m3、107 ng/m3、1 187 ng/m3。研究表明,手持式X荧光分析仪能够对空气颗粒物进行现场分析,雾霾天气使测量结果较平常值高。
The hand-held X-ray fluorescence analyzer was used to carry out on-site analysis of airborne particles to get the mass concentration of each element. The outliers were analyzed to explore the effect of the weather changes on the measurement results. The instrument is calibrated using standard sample measurements of inductively-coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), and the sampled filter is then measured. The results show that under clear weather conditions, the mass concentration range of Ti is 16 ~ 4635ng / m3, Mn is 35 ~ 1800ng / m3, Ni is 0 ~ 32ng / m3, Cu is 38 ~ 519ng / m3, Zn is 157-440ng / m3, As is 14-511ng / m3, Sr is 4-50ng / m3 and Pb is 60-613ng / m3. In haze weather, the highest Ti concentration is 8 458 ng / m3, Mn, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Sr and Pb were 4 021 ng / m3, 100 ng / m3, 688 ng / m3, 4 903 ng / m3,1 187 ng / m3. Research shows that hand-held X-ray fluorescence analyzers allow on-site analysis of airborne particles and smog and haze conditions make measurements more normal.
