新型轴向叶片旋流式燃烧器应用于漳泽电厂 3号～6号四台 2 1 0MW机组锅炉改造 ,解决了原燃烧器燃烧不稳、灭火等问题 ,实现了二次风旋流强度灵活调节 ,减轻了一次风管内的磨损。改造后均实现了 1 0 0MW (46 % )低负荷下不投油稳燃。
The new axial vane swirl burner is applied to the boiler reconstruction of the 200MW unit of No.3 to No.6 in Zhangze Power Plant, which solves the problems of unsteady combustion and fire extinguishment of the original burner, and realizes the flexible secondary air swirling intensity Adjust, reduce the wear and tear within a duct.
