本文首先阐述了我国住宅绿色建筑设计目前的现状,应加强扶持住宅绿色建筑设计技术的推广和应用。并提出了住宅绿色建筑设计的四大准则,即环境保护准则、采光通风准则、可再生能源利用准则和创新准则。本文还从设计理念、设计路线、设计技术三方面入手来说明环保视野下住宅绿色建筑设计技术,最后通过分析住宅绿色建筑经典案例沪上·生态家,为住宅绿色建筑设计技术研究提供参考。
This article first expounds the present status quo of residential green building design in our country, and should promote the popularization and application of residential green building design technology. And put forward four major criteria for residential green building design, namely environmental protection guidelines, lighting and ventilation standards, renewable energy sources and innovation guidelines. This article also describes the residential green building design technology from the perspective of environmental protection from three aspects: design concept, design route and design technology. Finally, it provides reference for the research of residential green building design technology by analyzing Shanghai green house classic case of residential green building.
