Xerox’s team building does not rule out competition, but emphasizes that competition must not be pretentious and not only fair but also about art. For example, the competition in Cleveland’s sales teams is mild and humorous: the team with the lowest cumulative turnover at the end of each month receives a special prize - a funny, self-rotating ugly doll. And in the next 30 days, the doll must be placed on the group’s desk at all times until a new winner wins.
