目的了解常州市各级医疗机构消毒与灭菌现状,探索医院消毒中存在的问题,为提高医院消毒质量,有效预防和控制院内感染提供依据。方法对常州市2009-2011年医疗机构消毒质量监测资料进行回顾性分析。结果3年共采样7 927份,平均总合格率为93.94%。2009-2011年合格率分别为91.96%、93.79%和95.89%,呈逐年上升趋势;市、县、乡镇及以下医疗机构消毒质量监测合格率分别为94.82%、94.18%和93.04%。结论全市医疗机构消毒质量整体水平较好,应有针对性地开展各级医疗机构消毒质量监测和技术指导,要加强乡镇及以下医疗机构消毒质量监测。
Objective To understand the status of disinfection and sterilization of medical institutions at all levels in Changzhou and explore the existing problems in hospital disinfection so as to provide basis for improving the quality of hospital disinfection and effectively preventing and controlling nosocomial infections. Methods The data of the disinfection quality monitoring in medical institutions in Changzhou from 2009 to 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results A total of 7 927 samples were collected in 3 years, with an average total passing rate of 93.94%. The pass rates in 2009-2011 were 91.96%, 93.79% and 95.89%, respectively, showing an upward trend year by year. The pass rates for the monitoring of disinfection quality in municipal, county, township and township medical institutions were 94.82%, 94.18% and 93.04% respectively. Conclusion The overall level of disinfection quality in medical institutions in the city is good. Disinfection quality monitoring and technical guidance of medical institutions at all levels should be carried out in a targeted manner. The disinfection quality monitoring of township and town medical institutions should be strengthened.
