对塑化液采用不同导入时间(30、60、90s),不同导入方法(锉,光滑髓针,棉捻)在牙本质内扩散距离的影响进行了离体牙实验。发现导入时间不同,塑化液在牙本质内渗透距离不同(P<0.05),临床以导入60s为宜(导入频率为60次/min),导入方法不同,化液在牙本质内渗透距离亦不同(P<0.05),锉导最佳,棉捻最差;塑化液渗透距离与根管直径呈正相关(r=0.8476,P<0.01),提示临床上塑化治疗适当的根管预备是必要的。
The effects of different introduction time (30,60,90s), different introduction methods (file, smooth acupuncture, cotton twisting) on the diffusion distance in dentine were studied in vitro. Found that the introduction of different time, the plastic solution in the dentin osmotic distance (P <0.05), the clinical introduction of 60s is appropriate (frequency of introduction 60 times / min), the introduction of different methods, solution in the dentin osmotic distance (P <0.05), the best file record and the worst cotton twist. The penetration distance of plasticizing solution was positively correlated with the diameter of root canal (r = 0.8476, P <0.01), suggesting that proper root canal preparation necessary.
