本文对青海高原贵南(海拔3200米)及玛多(海拔4300米)两地6岁以上各年龄组587人的白细胞总数及分类进行了观察分析,结果见面地各年龄组白细胞总数均值和分类均值均在正常值范围。但两地的白细胞总数与年龄呈负相关(P<0.002及<0.001);玛多地区嗜中性分叶细胞(绝对数)与年龄呈负相关(P<0.001),贵南地区的淋巴细胞(绝对数)与年龄呈负相关。均提示高原乏氧对人体白细胞系统可能有抑制的作用。
In this paper, the total number of leukocytes and their classification of 587 people aged over 6 in Qingnan Plateau (3200 m above sea level) and Maduo (4300 m above sea level) were observed and analyzed. The results showed that the mean and classification of total white blood cells Mean values are in the normal range. However, the total number of white blood cells in both areas was negatively correlated with age (P <0.002 and <0.001). Neutrophil leaf cells (absolute number) in Maduo area were negatively correlated with age (P <0.001) (Absolute number) is negatively correlated with age. All suggest that the plateau hypoxia may have inhibitory effect on the human leucocyte system.
