Φ30 mm试验冷镦钢SWRCH22A(/%:0.18C,0.04Si,0.87Mn,0.013P,0.010S,0.039Al)的生产工艺为100 t BOF-LF-150 mm×150 mm坯连铸-轧制。用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机,在900℃和1 000℃对SWRCH22A钢以变形速率1 s^-1、变形量0.25,时间间隔0.5~15 s进行双道次压缩变形试验,得出应力-应变曲线。分析了变形温度和间隔时间对冷镦钢SWRCH22A静态再结晶行为的影响,采用应力补偿法计算了不同变形条
