2006年6-9月北京市局部小范围暴发广州管圆线虫病。北京市卫生局指定北京友谊医院为定点医院,对广州管圆线虫病患者进行临床诊断和治疗,并负责临床医师的培训工作。北京友谊医院、北京热带医学研究所于2006年8月组织专家编写了《广州管圆线虫病诊疗方案(试行)》,以指导临床医师对该病的正确识别和规范诊疗。本方案将在临床实践中不断完善。
From June to September in 2006, some small-scale outbreaks of angiostrongyliasis in Beijing. Beijing Municipal Health Bureau designated Beijing Friendship Hospital as a designated hospital to conduct clinical diagnosis and treatment of angiostrongyliasis patients in Guangzhou and is responsible for the training of clinicians. Beijing Friendship Hospital and Beijing Institute of Tropical Medicine in August 2006 organized a team of experts to compile the “Processed Diagnosis and Treatment of Angiostrongyliasis (Trial)” in Guangzhou to guide clinicians in correctly identifying and standardizing the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. The program will continue to improve in clinical practice.
