1995年9月27日,江泽民总书记作了题为《领导干部一定要讲政治》的重要讲话,要求领导干部一定要讲政治。笔者认为,“领导干部一定要讲政治”有着丰富的内涵,这里,谈谈自己的体会。 “三讲”的核心是讲政治。江总书记在讲话中指出:“党的领导干部都要讲学习、讲政治、讲正气,解决好世界观、价值观、人生观的问题,防止在日益复杂的斗争中迷失方向。”笔者认为,“讲学习、讲政治、讲正气”的核心,是讲政治。毛泽东同志曾经指出:“政治是统帅,是灵魂。政治工作是一切经济工作的生命线。”不讲政治的人,不懂得科学理论的重要性,不懂得政治与经济的关系,就难以形成正确的人生观、价值观。这种人往往认为理论是空的,知识是假的,技术是无用的,只有金钱是实在的,关系是实用的,所以不读书、不看报,不
