领导威信是指领导者在被领导者心目中的威望和信誉,它是使被领导者信任和服从领导者的一种精神感召力,是领导者一言一行引起群众共鸣的综合反映。人们常常把领导者的威信视为“无言的号召,无声的命令”。现代领导者要做到最大限度地凝聚人心,有效地实现领导目标,不但要有权力,而且要有威信。领导者的威信如何,对事业的成败至关重要。那么领导者应如何“立威”呢?
Leadership prestige refers to the prestige and creditworthiness of the leader in the minds of being the leader.
