1992年1月全国首家民办股份制科技金融企业——昆明市科技产业城市信用社在云南省诞生,张亚光任该社总经理。1996年12月,昆明科技产业城市信用合作社加入昆明城市合作银行,1998年10月更名为昆明市商业银行科技支行,张亚光任行长。张亚光同志自1991年3月任云南省民办科技管委会副主任,深入民办科技企业开展调查研究,摸清了全省民办科技企业的现状及存在的主要问题,即许多科研成果因找不到资金而无法开发,不能尽快转化为生产力。当时云南省有1000多家民办科技企业,拥有1759项科技成果,其中
