目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定不同产地虎刺中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量。方法:虎刺样品以95%乙醇溶液超声提取,分析柱选用Kromasil C18色谱柱,以甲醇-2.0%磷酸水溶液(90∶10,v/v)进行洗脱,柱温:25℃,流速:0.8 mL/min,检测波长:210 nm。结果:齐墩果酸在0.124~1.24μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为97.6%(RSD=2.2%);熊果酸在0.192~1.92μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为102.4%(RSD=1.9%)。结论:该二种成分均以湖北产虎刺中含量最高,方法操作简便,精密度高,可为虎刺的质量控制和开发利用提供实验依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an RP-HPLC method for the determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Tamarix sp. From different habitats. Methods: The Triticum sp. Samples were extracted with 95% ethanol solution. The analytical column was eluted with Kromasil C18 column with methanol-2.0% phosphoric acid solution (90:10, v / v) mL / min, detection wavelength: 210 nm. Results: Oleanolic acid had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.124-1.24μg (r = 0.9997) and the average recovery was 97.6% (RSD = 2.2%). Ursolic acid was in the range of 0.192-1.92μg (R = 0.9999). The average recovery was 102.4% (RSD = 1.9%). Conclusion: The two components are the highest content of Hubei tiger, the method is simple, high precision, which can provide experimental evidence for the quality control and development and utilization of tiger thorn.
