[目的]建立以高效液相色谱法测定鲨芪康胶囊中芍药苷含量的方法。[方法]采用超声提取,RP-HPLC法测定,色谱柱为MerkLichrocartC18(4.6mm×100mm,5μm)柱,以甲醇∶0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾(pH7.0)=30∶70为流动相;检测波长230nm。[结果]芍药苷的线性范围为0.027~0.135mg/ml(r=0.9998),加标回收率99.3%~100.4%,RSD=1.67%。[结论]本方法操作简单,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于鲨芪康胶囊中芍药苷的质量控制。
[Objective] To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin content in shark yu-kang capsules by high performance liquid chromatography. [Method] Ultrasonic extraction was used for determination by RP-HPLC. The column was a MerkLichrocart C18 (4.6 mm×100 mm, 5 μm) column with a mobile phase of methanol: 0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate (pH 7.0)=30:70. Detection wavelength 230nm. [Results] The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.027-0.135 mg/ml (r=0.9998). The recoveries were 99.3%-100.4% and RSD was 1.67%. [Conclusion] The method is simple in operation, high in sensitivity and good in reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of paeoniflorin in Shayaokang capsule.
