现有传感器在古建木构试验应用中的局限性明显,现结合木构承载和变形的特点,引入了弹性应变式传感器。标定数据表明:弹性应变式传感器各项静态技术参数较好,应变与所求的力和位移之间具有显著的线性相关性。该传感器可用来测量枓栱构件自身变形及构件间相对位移和静摩擦系数。在足尺古建木构试验中,弹性应变式传感器数据可靠,重复性较好。最后,推导了间接法求绝对位移量的计算公式。
The existing sensors have obvious limitations in the application of ancient building timber testing. Based on the characteristics of wood structure bearing and deformation, the elastic strain sensor is introduced. Calibration data show that: the elastic strain sensor static parameters are good, the strain and the required force and displacement between the significant linear correlation. The sensor can be used to measure the deformation and the relative displacement and static friction coefficient between the members. In the full-scale ancient wooden construction test, the elastic strain sensor data is reliable and reproducible. Finally, the formula for calculating absolute displacement by indirect method is deduced.
