介绍了国家电器产品质量监督检验中心环境气候实验室混凝土筒体的结构设计,对该类筒体结构的设计要点进行了详细分析。在重力荷载和试验荷载作用下,球壳顶根部的环梁受到较大的拉力,为控制环梁裂缝,抵抗环向拉力,工程中环梁采用了部分预应力技术。针对承受较大荷载的筒体上开有大洞口的情况,进行了应力分析,并依据分析结果,对洞口角部进行了加强。
This paper introduces the structure design of the concrete cylinder in the environment and climate laboratory of the National Electric Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and analyzes the design points of this kind of cylinder structure in detail. Under the action of gravity load and test load, the ring beam at the top of the spherical shell receives a large tension force. To control the ring beam crack and resist the circumferential tensile force, partial prestressing technology is adopted for the ring beam in the project. Aiming at the case that a large hole is opened on the cylinder which is subjected to a large load, a stress analysis is carried out, and according to the analysis result, the corner of the hole is strengthened.
