欧盟新机械指令2006/42/EC已于2009年年底正式实施。与98/37/EC相比,其适用范围更广,要求更严。如何应对新机械指令产生的技术贸易壁垒,已成为广大对欧出口企业,尤其是广大中小企业面临的一大难题。本文拟通过详细分析机械指令的实施特点,为相关政府部门和出口企业作出积极的应对措施提供技术支持。
The new EU Machinery Directive 2006/42 / EC was officially implemented by the end of 2009. Compared with the 98/37 / EC, its application is more extensive and more stringent requirements. How to deal with the technical barriers to trade arising from the new Machinery Directive has become a major challenge facing the majority of European exporters, especially the large and medium-sized enterprises. This article intends to provide technical support for the relevant government departments and exporters to make positive countermeasures through detailed analysis of the implementation characteristics of the Machinery Directive.
