信息通过多点、多元的方式进行交换,与普通商品的给予和获取不同,信息的特殊价值在于分享。以信息化为基础的商务、教育和其他各项活动均是在这样一种平等互动的环境中创造财富与价值。创造社会价值与担当社会责任的核心理念是一致的。如果说过去二十年中我们着重于运用信息技术创造物质财富,那么今后,我们需要探索更多更广的新途径来发挥信息技术为国家、城市、企业与个人创造社会价值、担当社会责任的核心作用。
Information is exchanged in a multi-point and pluralistic way, which is different from the granting and acquisition of common commodities. The special value of information lies in sharing. Information-based business, education and other activities create wealth and value in such an environment of equality and interaction. Creating social values is consistent with the core concept of social responsibility. If we say that in the past two decades we focused on the use of information technology to create material wealth, then in the future we will need to explore more and wider new ways to leverage information technology to create social values for our country, cities, businesses and individuals and fulfill our social responsibilities Core role.
