目的:探索生物技术和近红外光谱技术对中药鉴别以及分析的应用价值。方法:选择96批来源于长白山野生人参,美国的西洋参以及人工养殖的人参为研究对象,应用生物技术及近红外光谱技术对其进行鉴别及分析,并利用常规高效液相色谱法进行对比。结果:PCR技术对野生人参、西洋参以及养殖人参的鉴别准确率分别为79.2%,86.5%,88.9%;蛋白质指纹图谱分子对三种人参的鉴别准确率分别为72.9%,80.8%,87.0%,近红外光谱分别为41.7%,44.2%,46.3%;相比于常规高效液相色谱法,生物技术以及近红外光谱的鉴别准确度更高。结论:生物技术及近红外光谱技术的发展,为中药鉴别及分析提高了良好的发展平台。
Objective: To explore the application value of biotechnology and near infrared spectroscopy in the identification and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: 96 batches of wild ginseng originating from Changbai Mountain, American ginseng and artificial ginseng were selected as the research object. Their biotechnological and near infrared spectroscopy techniques were used to identify and analyze the samples. The results were compared by conventional high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The accuracy of PCR was 79.2%, 86.5% and 88.9% for wild ginseng, American ginseng and cultured ginseng respectively. The accuracy of protein fingerprinting was 72.9%, 80.8% and 87.0% Near-infrared spectra were 41.7%, 44.2%, 46.3% respectively; biotechnologies and near-infrared spectra were more accurately discriminated than conventional high performance liquid chromatography. Conclusion: The development of biotechnology and near-infrared spectroscopy has raised a good platform for the identification and analysis of traditional Chinese medicines.
