目前,国内桥梁建筑方面,广泛采用蒸汽养护方法,使混凝土予制构件快硬,以提高设备利用率,并缩短施工期限。蒸汽养护的方法很多,桥梁建筑方面一般采用构造很简单的养护坑。但是这种养护坑有很多缺点,因此,我国工业与民用建筑方面,已于1960年前后,开始推广采用无压蒸汽养护室。新疆一座大桥在预制上部钢筋混凝土行车道梁时,也采用了无压蒸汽养护方法。在正式生产以前,曾做了几项试验工作。现将我们的工作情况和个人的一些粗浅体会,介绍于后。
At present, the domestic bridge construction, the widespread use of steam curing method, so that concrete components to make fast hardened to improve equipment utilization, and shorten the construction period. There are many ways to steam curing, the bridge construction generally adopts a simple structure maintenance pit. However, this pit has many shortcomings. Therefore, in our country’s industrial and civil buildings, the non-pressure steam curing room was started to be popularized around 1960. A bridge in Xinjiang also used a pressureless steam curing method when prefabricating the upper reinforced concrete lane beam. Before the official production, there have been several experimental work done. Now our work and personal experience of some superficial, introduced later.
