[目的]应用SDS-AGE非浓缩尿蛋白电泳技术,分析糖尿病肾病患者蛋白尿成分特点。[方法]采用全自动琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析仪对20例正常对照组及40例糖尿病患者进行尿蛋白电泳分析。[结果]40例糖尿病患者尿蛋白经SDS-AGE电泳后,可根据蛋白质的分子量的大小顺序排列,在凝胶上可区分肾小球型、肾小管型、混合型、溢出型及生理型蛋白尿。[结论]非浓缩尿蛋白电泳分析,能早期敏感的检测尿蛋白组成成分的变化,作为判断肾脏损伤部位和程度的依据,对患者亦无任何损伤,取材方便,报告快速准确。可作为肾小球损伤诊断的特异性的实验室指标。
[Objective] To analyze the characteristics of proteinuria in patients with diabetic nephropathy by SDS-AGE non-concentrated urine protein electrophoresis. [Method] Urine protein electrophoresis analysis was performed on 20 normal controls and 40 cases of diabetic patients by using an automatic agarose gel electrophoresis analyzer. [Results] Urine protein in 40 cases of diabetic patients was sequenced according to the molecular weight of protein after SDS-AGE electrophoresis, and the glomerular type, tubule type, mixed type, overflow type and physiological type protein Pee. [Conclusion] The non-concentrated urinary protein electrophoresis analysis can detect the changes of urinary protein components early and sensitively, and as a basis for judging the location and degree of renal injury, there is no damage to the patients. The materials are easy to be drawn and the reports are fast and accurate. It can be used as a specific laboratory indicator for the diagnosis of glomerular injury.
