通过对国内外关于企业隐性知识和核心能力的文献进行综述,提出“通过隐性知识管理、培育和提升企业核心能力”的研究假设,并针对企业隐性知识与其核心能力的关系,企业隐性知识测度,企业隐性知识获取、共享及开发策略,企业隐性知识治理机制设计等研究议题,提出了相应的研究思路、途径和方法。
By reviewing the domestic and foreign literatures about the enterprise’s tacit knowledge and core competence, this paper puts forward the research hypothesis of “cultivating and enhancing the enterprise’s core competence through the tacit knowledge management”. According to the relationship between the enterprise’s tacit knowledge and its core competence, The tacit knowledge measurement of enterprises, the acquisition of tacit knowledge of enterprises, the sharing and development strategies, the design of tacit knowledge management mechanism of enterprises, and so on. The corresponding research ideas, approaches and methods are put forward.
