目的建立气相色谱测定工作场所空气中二甲基苯胺方法。方法使用硅胶管采集空气中二甲基苯胺,无水乙醇解吸,通过毛细管气相色谱柱分离,氢焰离子化检测器检测,观察检测方法的线性关系、精密度、解吸效率、稳定效果等指标。结果在测定条件下,方法线性关系良好,r=0.9996,检出限为0.1mg/L,相对标准偏差RSD分别为0.92%、2.02%、1.49%;解吸率范围92.65%~103.31%平均解吸率为97.5%;7d内保存率在95%以上。结论所建立方法达到国家要求,可应用于工作场所空气中二甲基苯胺的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of dimethylaniline in the air by gas chromatography. Methods Silicone tubing was used to collect dimethylaniline in the air and desorbed in anhydrous ethanol. The samples were separated by capillary gas chromatography and detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector. The linear relationship, precision, desorption efficiency and stability of the method were observed. Results Under the conditions of the determination, the method has a good linear relationship with the detection limit of 0.1 mg / L and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 0.92%, 2.02% and 1.49%, respectively. The desorption rate ranged from 92.65% to 103.31% 97.5%; 7d preservation rate of 95% or more. Conclusion The established method meets the national requirements and can be applied to the detection of dimethylaniline in the air of the workplace.
