1 病例报告男,67岁.主因慢性咳嗽、咳痰、喘10 a,活动后气短2 a,加重伴双下肢水肿6个月入院.患者吸烟30 a,15支/d,职业为绘图员,无粉尘接触史.30 a前患肺结核已治愈.自10 a前开始常于冬春季着凉感冒后出现咳嗽、喘,每年发病3个月以上.2 a前出现活动后气短进行性加重,目前走几步路需休息.6个月间断双下肢水肿.
