目的:优选烘法制备冬瓜皮炭的炮制工艺并考察其体外吸附尿毒素活性。方法:以冬瓜皮炭对尿素的吸附力和尿素收率为综合评价指标,采用正交试验考察制炭温度与制炭时间对冬瓜皮炭炮制工艺的影响。结果:冬瓜皮炭的最佳炮制工艺为制炭温度280℃,制炭时间15 min,平均吸附力20.85 mg·g-1,RSD 2.83%。结论:冬瓜皮炭体外具有吸附尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸等尿毒素的活性,可用于药品、保健品的制备,提高了冬瓜皮的药用价值,为新型、价廉、安全的治疗肾衰中药制剂的开发提供了新来源。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the processing technology of the preparation of gourd peel by baking method and investigate its in vitro absorption of uremic toxin. Methods: The adsorption of urea and urea on the melon skin charcoal were taken as the comprehensive evaluation indexes. The effects of carbon temperature and charcoal making time on the processing technology of the wax melon were studied by orthogonal test. Results: The optimal processing conditions of charcoal skin charcoal were as follows: the temperature of making charcoal was 280 ℃, the charring time was 15 min, the average adsorption force was 20.85 mg · g-1, RSD was 2.83%.
