今年5月,针对改革、改制中国企职工所反映出来的复杂的思想状态,我们开展了“阻碍国企改革的思想《观念)”专题调研。调查包括:宏观经济的发展态势;企业自身的改革、改制;企业管理和企业的发展;职工对改革政策的认知程度以及对改革成效的总体评价等内容,涉及企业改革的方方面面。通过近4000人的问卷调查和部分国企厂长(经理)、书记的座谈,在归纳、分析的前提下,我们深深感到:企业自身的改革、改制及经济的发展状态是职工对改革效果进行评判的原始依据,而宏观经济发展态势及周边环境是形成职工的思想(观念)的内在因素。国企改革脱困,任重而道远。职工对改革所持的态度、参与程度,对改革的进程都有不可估量的影响。一定要引起各级党
