对 5 2例 (5 2眼 )儿童外伤性白内障人工晶体植入术的并发症进行观察讨论 ,随访 1～ 36月。结果表明术中首要并发症为晶体后囊破裂并玻璃体脱出 ,术后影响视力的主要并发症为晶体后囊混浊 ,占 5 5 8% ,并对并发症的发生原因及预防措施进行了深入地讨论。
The complications of intraocular lens implantation in traumatic cataract of 52 children (52 eyes) were observed and discussed, followed up for 1 to 36 months. The results showed that the primary intraoperative complications were posterior capsular rupture and vitreous prolapse. The main complication of postoperative visual acuity was posterior capsular opacification (55.8%), and the causes and preventive measures of complications discuss.
