硝苯地平(心痛定),是选择性钙通道阻滞剂二氢吡啶类降压一线药物。有下肢浮肿副作用,我们遇到3例。例1男,79岁,高血压病26年,血压最高21.3～18.7/13.3～12.0 kPa,于1993年2月开始口服心痛定10mg,每日3次。用药后血压降至正常范围17.3～18.7/9.3～10.7 kPa。治疗10个月后双下肢出现凹陷性水肿,以双踝关节及足背明显。检查:心、肝、肾功能均正常,尿常规正常。停服心痛定后,双下肢浮肿消退。例2男,77岁。高血压病史30余年,最高血压达26.7/ Nifedipine (nifedipine), is a selective calcium channel blocker dihydropyridines first-line antihypertensive drugs.
