国家节能监测评审组受国家技术监督局计量认证办公室的委托,依据国家计委资源节约和综合利用司与国家技术监督局计量司《关于节能监测机构计量认证若干问题的通知》的精神,1991年8月26日至27日对设置在哈工大动力工程系的航空航天工业部节能监测中心进行了计量认证评审。
The national energy conservation monitoring and evaluation team was entrusted by the Metrology and Certification Office of the State Bureau of Technical Supervision, in accordance with the spirit of the “Notice on Certain Issues Concerning Measurement Authentication of Energy Conservation Monitoring Institutions” issued by the Department of Resource Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization of the State Planning Commission and the Metrology Division of the State Bureau of Technical Supervision, 1991. From August 26th to 27th, a metrological accreditation review was conducted on the Energy Efficiency Monitoring Center of the Aerospace Industry Department set up in the Department of Power Engineering of HIT.
