自上世纪八十年代末开展党员民主评议工作以来,党员目标管理与民主评议党员相辅相成,成为党员日常管理必不可少的一项基本工作。然而,由于评议粗放,方式一成不变,一些不足逐渐显现。本文通过引入现代主流人力资源绩效考核方式之一——360度考评法,对创新党员目标管理考核工作进行了有益的尝试,并取得了明显的成效。
Since the party members ’democratic appraisal work was carried out in the late 1980s, party members’ goal management and democratic appraisal party members complement each other and become an indispensable basic work for the daily management of party members. However, due to the extensive comments and the unchangeable methods, some shortcomings have gradually emerged. By introducing the 360-degree assessment method, one of the modern mainstream human resource performance appraisal methods, this paper makes a useful attempt to innovate the target management assessment of party members and achieves obvious results.
