针对目前应用心理学专业学生的学习困扰状况和教师专业发展需要,提出应用心理学专业要特别注重培养既懂实际又重视理论指导的“双师型”师资队伍,并就相应培养措施和保障机制进行了探讨。
According to the current situation of learning disability and the need of teachers’ professional development in applied psychology majors, it is suggested that applied psychology major should pay special attention to cultivating “double-qualified teachers” who are both practical and theoretical, Guarantee mechanism was discussed.
