日前,中国民航总局在广州召开’99民航数字表/三表计量检定员培训研讨会。民航总局规划科教体改司科教处潘延铭处长介绍了民航系统计量工作现状和发展规划,中国计量科学院冯占岭高级工程师讲授“数字电表检测技术”课程,美国福禄克公司(FLUKE)北京办事处高级工程师阚秋杭女士介绍了世界计量校准行业的发展趋势:校准仪器和测量仪器的并行发展(更多的仪器需要校准,仪器具有更多的功能需要校准);世界范围的ISO9000推广,推动计量校准仪器技术
Recently, the Civil Aviation Administration of China held the ’99 civil aviation digital watch / three-meter metrologist training seminar in Guangzhou. Director General of Civil Aviation Administration of Science and Education Division Pan Yanming introduced the current situation and development planning of civil aviation system metrology work. Feng Zhanling, a senior engineer of China Academy of Metrology, gave a lecture entitled “Digital Meters Testing Technology” course, and Kan Qiuhang, senior engineer of FLUKE Beijing Office, Ms. Zhang introduced the development trend of the world’s metrology calibration industry: the parallel development of calibration instruments and measuring instruments (more instruments need to be calibrated and more functions of the instruments need to be calibrated); the worldwide ISO9000 promotion promotes metrological calibration of instrumentation technologies
