刑期期间计算在司法实践中与司法解释不一致,笔者结合案例介绍,存在司法实践与司法解释两种不同意见的计算方法,并对这两种意见进行评析,阐明自己思考的观点。
Computation during the term of imprisonment is not consistent with the judicial interpretation in judicial practice. The author combines the case introduction with two different opinions of judicial practice and judicial interpretation, and evaluates these two opinions to clarify their own thinking.
