Since the second half of 2008,the financialcrisis has been spreading around the world.Affected by the financial crisis,China’s finechemical industry was heavily stricken.Especially in the first half of 2009,the averageoperating rate of this industrydropped below 50%.In the first half of2010,the sales performances of major finechemicals restored to the pre-crisis level.But in the second half of 2010,they willstill undergo a very severe test.
