电力系统日常运行中上下级调度之间的数据交换日益频繁,迫切需要一个可靠、便捷的工具实现自动化。首先利用一个网省边界电网实例,对下级调度上报数据的调度权限归属进行了全面的分析,将其划分为不同类型,阐明了各类数据在数据来源和处理逻辑上的差别。据此提出了实用的数据导入软件整体设计思路和流程,对关键的导入日志信息表结构设计、边界母线匹配算法流程、互感数据导入过程、基准参数处理以及软件应用过程的适应性等方面进行了深入的研究和分析,从而实现了对下级调度数据的自动匹配、导入。最后,对上述实际网省边界电网的继电保护整定计算数据的导入过程,给出了软件的导入结果,并论证了软件的实用性。
In the daily operation of power system, data exchange between upper and lower level schedules is more and more frequent, which urgently needs a reliable and convenient tool for automation. Finally, the importing process of the relay protection setting calculation data of the above-mentioned actual provincial and provincial boundary power grids is given, and the import result of the software is given, and the practicability of the software is demonstrated.
